I saw an English speaking guy who claimed he could help you translate so your quotes are appropriately assigned. This is a good idea and you should work with him

To do so I need to upload all of the sound files and have a spreadsheet for them to go through each one and translate. I'll look into it but no promises

I liked russian translation in XCOM: EU and I think it's a damn shame there's none in XCOM 2.
