Kick Players not connected to TFAR from TS or Fade to black ?

Is there a way to Kick players from server when not connected to our TS or fade there view to Blackscreen ?
Tested a skript i found, but its not working. It fades 0.2 seconds to black and resets instand, and starts fade to black, reset.. fade to black, reset..
