It looks a bit like a throwing knife and the name goes well with card throwing so it can have some throwing ability (if thown to the back it counts as a backstab, but you dont get the knife back,if you miss you could pick it up,their should be some arc and damage increase with range.) and you could have multple knives with the downside of less cloak and Hit speed.

it might as well be a reskin of the lucksmen, with some other stats like the multi kill thingy

+15% speed bonus on wearer
25% damage vulnerability on wearer
15% slower firing speed

Pros:
if your revolver is out of ammo this weapon gains +50% damage +5% resistance to everything
when backstabbing get one crit, full cloak and ammo BUT a 15% chance to hit yourself for a normal knife stab
plus 20% revolver ammo (sounds good but when trying to use it's power not so useful)
-20% cloak duration and -5% speed
The description could be:
play your cards right and win big, play tham badly and lose... idiotically

What about some sort of reward buff for backstabs?

On sucessful backstab: cloak instantly and gain speed, damage resistance, temporary overheal (up to 180) and cloak bump immunity for 4 secs (dead ringer style)
+25% attack speed
Backstabs only deal critical damage

This weapon can be thrown across the floor in which it will slide. Enemies hit with the sliding knife trip for 1 second and also are given bleeding.

Cloak is replaced with a Burrow cloak ability where you can sneak past enemies in a crawling stance. Same as a regular cloak, but if an enemy is standing you won't bump into them. (Acts like the default cloak watch with time limit.)

- 20% slower attack speed
+ 35% faster backstab speed
- 50% less resistance vs explosives
- 25% slower sapping speed
+ 100% more cloak
- 65% slower cloak recharge

Probably the WORST stats, but I tried :P

Best idea:
Basically a counter razorback
Able to bypass one razorback
Recharges after 30 or so seconds
Originally looks like Ace of Blades
Afterward looks like Calling Card
Reduced overheal or something

Stats: +30% faster switch to speed
+30% faster swing speed
-Lowering spies movement speed to before it's buff
-For every backstab you get a card is laid down on the corpse and if an enemy picks it
up they will be able to see you for 3 seconds no matter if you're disguised or cloaked
