Note1: Dyna is a multi-hit weapon and often hits 2-3 times. Other weapons can have a similar effect if aimed correctly. Such as Oil igniter's small lingering flames or shark boomerange returning to megaman.
Note2: Weapons labled "x:x" have multiple projectile types. The hardest hitting is listed first. Torch's is the big flame and small flames. Volts is the projectile, and then the shield, Bit's is the slide, and then the buster shot, and finally Wave's large projectile, and then small rebounding projectiles.
Note3: Weapons labled "-" will always richochet off the boss they hit.
Note4: In versions before 2.20 Sonic reflector was labled C. It is now N due to the addition of rush coil.

Okay... so, the chart is kinda weird to read. Could someone explain what the letters at the top are? I know there are some hints in the notes below, but it's still a bit confusing.

Letters at the top are the letters that the weapon displays on the pause menu, P for buster, S for shark boomerange , R for blade raizor, T for torch blast, O for oil igniter, V for volt buckler, B for binary dash, N for sonic reflector, D for dynamo wrecker, and W for wave torent.
