My sniper for some reason has a wierd weapon showing up available under loadout, see link.

Hello i have the same bug. i play on iron man legendary. everytime i want to equipp a soldier, in the gun screen this gun shows, but it did not effect anything so far, because i dont have to select it.
Edited the opening post, but mind supplying a screenshot of your mods loaded, Xtrm? It'll help Isms find out if it's something wrong with the class itself or a conflicting mod.

EDIT: Isms said it's something to do with the DMR mod. He talked with the person who made it and he's working on a fix. It's due to shared tags in the code or something (it's tech talk, not my forte).

Just fixed it
I downloaded this mod (which is super awesome, I love the flanking capabilities without being an instant kill), played for a few hours, saved and went to bed. I come back the next day, fire it up and both of my rogues (one Lt. one Sq.) are broken. The initial phantom perk is missing. Shows up in the character abilities tab when the solider is viewed from the armory, but not active in gameplay.
I still have a problem with the illusory gun Devil had (poissibly dmr mod conflict)

If you are having the DMR bug, that's because steam does a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job of updating mods. you need to unsubscribe from BOTH our mods, go to the folders where they were, and make sure they are empty. Then re-download them. My mod is store in:

i play on iron man legendary. On the first retaliation mission for some reason my rogue do 1 damge with a flashbang. the flashbang was thrown on two advent troopers and one of them got normal disoriented and the other one disoriented plus 1 point damage.
It is more a balacing bug but i play on iron man legendary difficulty and in the GTS i need for the upgrade 200 supplys for all class upgrades but the rouge still have 75 supplys. (Rogue Tool KIT) Maybe it is only 75 supplys for all difficulties? Will you change it?

Oh thanks! AWC is a pretty pesky thing. I'll try and get around to it this week before the big update I'm working on. Almost finished with them!
hey there. so after my initial mission (playing with my GI JOE CP, so pretty picky about classes) I got two rogues. I was like, well fine but I really didn't want my heavy guy to be a stealthie so I enabled console and tried to swap him. did not work. it works changing every other class with MakeSoldierAClass "xxx" command, including troopers but not for rogues for some reason.

The reason for this is because my class isn't coded as "Rogue." I named him in the game files as "TheRogueClass" because I assumed it was inevitable that some other guy would try and name his/her class "Rogue" and I didn't want any future conflicts. Try that out?
Hmm, but that will most likely work when making one a rogue, but I don't see why this would affect rebrand, say Joe, who became a rogue and should be a sharpshooter? The full command is makeSoldieraClass "Joe Doe" Sharpshooter.
I double checked, and w/o this mod enabled the bugged sharpshooter-only weapon disappeared from my inventory, when I re-subscribed it returned.
