Stats
Coated enemies take mini crits from fire. (or maybe crits)
Coated enemies have +10 sec afterburn time (5-15 sec idk)
Useful for putting out a fire (Somehow)

Maybe the Downside is that it can't put out fire, and in fact having it active while on fire causes it to explode! (but if you throw it in time it can damage enemies)

How about a pyro can light it on fire, then when you throw it instead of coating enemies with it it will explode dealing 100 damage or somewhere like that.

I got an idea

Good Attribute: Enemies coated in oil take crits from flamethrowers and any fire-related weapon
Other Good Attribute: Afterburn causes mini crits to players
Bad Attriubte: -25% fire damage resistance to user
