when i try to use the auto installer it says cant find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Bin\SEClientExtender.dll'
there is no unblock option in the properties. tried manual installation, the game just crashes on launch

Interesting. Do you not have a SpaceEngineers\Bin directory? There should be a Bin64 and Bin. If you don't have a Bin, just create one. That's for the 32bit anyway.

so where do i create the bin? does is affect it the fact my game is installed to my E: drive?

Sorry I didn't completely read this. You tried the manual install and it crashed on launch. Can you please do that again (make it crash) and them post the log here? The log is located at %appdata%/SpaceEngineers/SpaceEngineers.log. You can paste the contents of the log at pastebin.com or paste.ee, and then post a link here. I will look at it.

there's no report, it just doesnt do anything it only closes

Hey guys, just solved the crashing issue. Go to the folder location and right click the two .dll files. at the bottom of the general tab it will say unlock. Windows is blocking them from running. Once i did this the mod works perfect

You have an over active virus scanner. Something is stopping executables from running most likely. I had this happen to one other person. Try the manual install.

Tyrsis did you make the se client extender and can you confirm it is safe? since it is new my computer is being cautious and i don't wat anymore malware on my computer.

Yes I made it. If you're not sure, run the install through a virus/malware scan like virustotal.com. Or you can do the manual install of the dlls (which you can also scan).

Look at the first post in the crashing thread. It will most likely solve your problem. It did for me.

@Maniac, i did not have these options...

The log file you posted is gone. Can you post it again?
