If i understand you're asking how you get this into the game? (my french skill is at 0.1%)

Let me answer anyway: Warframe workshop is different than most other workshops. This is a submission gallery workshop and the items you see in here are for DE to approve for the game. Once the items have been selected and approved DE puts them into Warframe as part of the Tennogen content and you will be able to buy them directly into the game. So all you can do in here is to show how much do you want an item clicking on YES and maybe sharing it with your friends, leaving a comment and things like that.
