Pak-43, Pak-44, BS-3 became useless
Lets talk about Pak-43 for instance

* Towing. Only big and fragile supply trucks are good for towing, which makes it easy target. Pak-43 has wheels so any halftruck should be able to tow it.
* Rotation speed is almost none. You may forget about aiming at any moving target.
* Inventory, why is it impossible to stack shells all of a sudden ?
* Cost, for all those drawbacks added, it's still too expensive, what's the point of buying Pak-43 + cheapest supply truck for 1100MP if you can get nashhorn for 1400MP ? with the same pak-43 and much better maneuverability?

The last update literally removed these units from a battlefield.

Agree.
Whole point of AT guns against tank destroyer is that you can sneak closer to the enemy tank, what is the point now with loud truck?

The rotation speed for these guns is apocalyptic. Idk about the shell stacking but the rotation speeds need to be increased.

There also are other factors that made them weaker, HE shells became actually useful with their new velocity that lets them arc over hills - be more accurate and emplacements being able to receive permanent damage like a loss of wheel, gun barrel etc, when struck by HE or even some AP shells.
Before the main strenghts of these guns were:
1) Stealth, which got nerfed a ton by a truck only towing requirement as these trucks are painfully obvious in fog of war, most of the time i know that my enemy bought super heavy AT gun before they even were able to set it up, as there is no reason to put those trucks that close to the frontline.
2) Price, despite the nerfs price was still increased by 100, plus you need to either buy a light ammo truck for 100 and then carry an ammo crate anywhere you go or buy a heavy ammo truck for 300.
3) Survivability, before they couldnt receive permanent damage and were able to tank AP shells, while HE shells were useless against AT guns because they had ~same trajectory as AP ones but also less range. Plus you could tow them with anything that could tow, while trucks get disabled by nearby shrapnell, making you unable to even detach the gun from the truck till its repaired and crewed.

I think reverting the changes in price (pak43 costs as much as pak44 that can be towed by anything due to extra wheels, though 43 has better reload speed but towing by truck isnt worth it anymore) and reverting the truck only towing (you can still tow them with anything due to a bug) should make them useful again.
"Recent" changes to HE shells and feature with permanent damage to emplacements, those two factors alone are enough to make heavy at guns not as strong as they were before.
