AI doesn't work on every map

When playing SIngleplayer Skirmish against AI I often have the bug that nothing happens. AI doesnt spawn anything. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Any fix to that?

Same thing happened to me, but then the AI spawned a Tiger and a Panther as well as like 5 infantry squads. I think when it's doing nothing it might just be saving up
