At least latter ones you can just ignore. For me they are generally hilarious, unless they teamkill or something like that, while ragequitters ruin the match for everyone, so they are worse and others should steam block them.

Visigoth all you literally do is rage quit, so screenshotting someone leaving your game doesn't mean much. I can literally provide screenshots of you blaming your teammates for everything and crashing your game.
