Constant crashes

Hi, since the last update I have been getting a lot of exception access violation crashes. In like 3 out of 5 games I play it crashes. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I cant even get the omaha beach mod to load it crashes with

APP_ERROR: File not found - resource/map/single/omahabeach/00_omaha/mtl and a whole load of other text
