factions from valour mod like polish and vehicles,btw tanks and other
every skins from"skins for robz mod"?

It is not permitted to use #valour mod content for other factions in RobZ Realism mod.
But you may import Polish / Italian / Hungarian / Romanian factions from GSM mod.
