Your Suggestions
Okay so I finally figured out how to actually reply to some of the feedback I got for this model.
So here goes:

Colour schemes. I'm aware not everyone agrees with the black and white colourscheme. Strictly speaking there is no Canon colour scheme for adult asriel.
All the same I will be releasing an alternate colour scheme a little later.

Design wise yes I know he's not 'cutesy' or 'realistic' looking, I'm not going to change the appearence. The stylistic choice is my thing and I'm sticking with it.

As for SFM. I'm trying to figure out how to set a model up for it right now. it might take a while.

I'm happy to take other suggestions, but please be civil.

This does not look stylistic. POLYGONS ARE NOT STYLISH NOR LOVABLE.

As far as I'm aware there are no other methods to model for Gmod. Its not like you can use parametrics. But I hear you, I'll see if I can swap out the hair with Alpha maps instead.

Im definately going to implement facial poses sometime down the track, Just need to figure out how to do them first.
Custom animations are probably not going to happen for a while since they will require altering the generic biped animations

Hrrrm Interesting suggestion. I was a little skeptical that the nude version would do well on here because there are so many kids around.
As for hands and feet. I'm afraid I'm stuck with those sizes due to the limitations of the valve biped skeleton. Anything that doesn't fit over it can't be made into a player model. I could make the proportions correct but that would make the model into a ragdoll only.

None the less though, Suggestion noted. I'll see if I can't find a way to alter the skeleton without the source engine spitting it back at me.
