Infantry don't work
They all just appear as errors holding guns. They sound and shoot fine, but their models dont work and they cant walk. How do i fix this?

With only a few exceptions, the infantry don't work for any of these.

You have to download some Rising Storm models for the WW2 infantry. Not sure about the mods for the modern infantry, though. Same with the Soviets, except you have to download soviet Red Orchestra 2 models and Black ops 2 Afghanistan models.
