VAC banned

I just got VAC banned for playing on this map.... I was messing around for like 10 minutes then i picked the tec-9 and tried to land as many headshots i can, 30 secounds after i got VAC'd, i mean are you serious? Can anyone help me help to get the VAC issued? 10x volvo really appriciated >.<
