Enemy Tanks Stuck at Mission: Options None (4th mission)

The T-100 Versuk to the south and Kuma stock to the north east. Anyway to fix this? I cant finish the mission because of this.

I managed to complete it but i had to repeat the mission till it was working then try to survive the onslaught of tanks rushing
