Of course he knows, the guy who made this pack was/is a filmmaker turned game skin designer, they worked on a movie together.

who gives a crap the skins are awesome especially the m4a4 valve added another bad m4a4 skin they did awesome with the howl but turns out it was copyrighted they should have got rid of the origanal skin used their version in it now its replaced by a crapy desert strike.
