How Does One Create This Masterpiece?!
How in the world do you actually make unusual effects?! Especially as good as this! Is it through SFM?

I know. I am also a tf2 Particle effect designer and this is very, very good. It's not through SFM. It's from TF2 itself via tools. It takes a lot of time and patience to figure out how to do this stuff correctly and to change things. I can only strive to be this good.

Ah ok. I talked with my friend who I recently found out makes Unusual Effects. It's way too complicated for me, I really can't be bothered.
