Voters Boater Reward
Players can vote for a specific item on the workshop [one at a time] and can cancel it.
If the item makes it into TF2 whilst the item is marked for it by the player, they will recieve a Voter's Boater with the name of the item in the Description.

What if one votes for multiple items at a time? Would they all be included in the hat description? And would the hat description be updated for any more workshop items that get voted into the game?

I'd say it would be like the Badge for Christmas
Each time you put your vote on an item that gets into the game, you gain a point on the hat.

And the Description would show each item you put your vote on that got into the game.

I actualy know the guy who made this and I'm not gonna lie it's a prety good hat but it could maybe use a remastered version of it for 2018
