Steps to fix:
- First remove all mod loading settings from your custom rental server script like mod.ini/plugin.ini. (Do not use custom scripts like these they wont work)
- Remove any mod loading parameters from your server bat startup launch cmd line. (Also dont use this to load mods)
- Load the mod correctly by adding ActiveMods=modidnumber under [ServerSettings] in your server's (not your client) GameUserSettings.ini file.
- Delete all old mod files inside your server's (not your client) harddisk path \Arkserver\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\ folder.
- Recopy the new downloaded mod folders and .mod files inside your client's Ark Mod folder to your server's Mod folder. Restart your server.
As I said, I'm not 100% sure, it might just be me having destroyed all my compost bins, but it feels like something wrong there. I have 2 rainbow crap in my collector after I replaced everything, and it seems to work fine...
I have no idea what you just said.
Haha :) I'm sorry. I have no idea how to explain it without the steam filter constantly kicking in.
The Dino Overhaul mod has some extra 'levels' in dinos. Normal, Apex, Alpha, Mega. The apex dinos drop special dung with interesting colours, which is edible and gives you a rainbow effect.
I have the feeling this interferes with the distribution to compost bins since I have to pick up and replace the gatherer to get things working again.
Not sure if you have a local test server that you can try this on, and it's a problem that's not easilly replicated, but just wanted you to know so that if you get people with strange problems, this might be one of the causes.
And the reason why it's called an overhaul means its unlikely to stack with other mods.
...guess our only option is to put the dimes on wander?
PS: great mod, and many thanks!
