Stats?
this is clearly a defence canteen, and, it's now time to make new stats or powers

also, you should have it from robot parts you get in MvM mann up.

I think you need enough parts from a giant bot...
Stats could be +50% defence for 20 seconds.
Speed +30% for 20 seconds.
Upon activation, anyone within a range gets these stats.

hmmm, 20 seconds of +50% defense, 30% speed and uber. Sounds a lil OP, is this gonna be priced at like 300-500 a pop (in mann-up)
