Medic Primaries
Hey plebs, I'm an admin for a medic group which revolves around diplomas in the medical area (we teach people the ins and outs of the medic) anyway, I'd like to request if somebody could get a medic primary, seriously, I'm feeling deprived and neglected, please don't leave me here PLEASE GIB DENTIST OFFENZE GUN

Because we're picky, have an outline of what it does

Flintlock-esque aesthetic
Hitscan
Deals damage based on uber

If somebody creates a primary for medic for this update, they won't be able to make the stats, valve does that. The most the author of the item can do is make stat suggestions on the items workshop page, Valve is In charge of how it behaves in game.

That I understand, what I am trying to do is suggest something which can be attributed to the design, which can indirectly affect the outcome I guess
