Idea For New Unusual Effect That I Think Will Fit Right In
I have an unusual effect idea it would look like Sulphurous and Phosphorous, but grey and wider so it looks like an old black & white tv screen.

If someone can make this it would be awesome, I just want to wear it in game.

Dang, I talked to Woozlez (one of the directors for the update) and he said someone tried it already and people didn't like it. I'm sorry

Well, the community didn't like it, but the director notified me. It's alright, though, you've got until the end of February to brainstorm
