[Feature Request] Adaptive Quotas
Allow TIM to adapt its quotas based on resource consumption so that if TIM knows that say, you use a boatload of Steel, it makes more Steel, whereas if you use lots of interior plates, it makes more of that, and so on. It'd also allow TIM to formulate its own quotas for mod items without manual definition.
