UPDATE: component quotas are now all at 340k. it just seems like the more mining i do, the higher the quota goes, which obviously isn't fun because im just spending all my time mining. And its gotten to the point where i have so many cargo containers and split stacks that its REALLY starting to slow my game down.

You are literally describing the point of TIM when you use the 'AUTO' tag on assemblers: The more resources you have, the higher the quota become. This is exactly how TIM should be working, for very obvious reasons.
And, as far as I know, a script cannot really force you to keep mining, so you don't have to keep doing that.
Also, you are saying that it keeps producing components. Isn't that like literally what you want? Ingots are useless on their own (except for Uranium and Ice), and TIM is producing all your components.

1313e yes i understand the function of TIM AUTO, my problem is that I am very early in my game and my quotas used to be reasonable numbers like 10k steel plates 4k computers and 100 medical components etc., however i logged on one night and my quotas for ALL the components were at 100k (now they're all at 340k). And its sucking up resources for components that i dont need yet (now i have 240k bullet proof glass which uses literally all of my silicon), which is why I have to keep mining for it to be able to produce other components that i need. Its filling up my cargo containers with absurd amounts of components that I will never use to that amount.
