Local-file media integration, winamp integration WMP integration etc

I use winamp for.. *just about* everything, movies downloaded videos (youtube etc) music, but because of the way the source engine is.. And how clunky the already messed up global hotkeys on win-amp are, I'd like a way to control it from ingame, that doesnt' require injecting dll's
