MP4 Support for MediaPlayer

Currently mp4 links won't play in Media Player.

I believe this is a limitation of the Awesomium browser used by Garry's Mod. Your best bet is waiting for this request to be implemented, if ever: https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod-requests/issues/791
