After joining Beta, the PAC appears black.

The beta is still under development by the Garry's Mod development team. You'll just have to wait until the Chromium feature is out of beta.

For now you have to choose chromium for media player or stable for PAC. Chromium currently doesn't work well with PAC URL textures, they will appear black or mostly black.
