A friend is trying to setup Twitch with this add-on but when we try it out, we get this error.

"Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available.
Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video."

Is there anything we can do to fix that? If it's not supported on Twitch anymore, would he still be able to watch me with Youtube?
