The weight on the weapons is tremendous.
I took an ascendant rifle from the weapons box and it weight 1400 lbs? I cant move with that weight, Is this suppose to be this way? If so how do I change it to a normal weight. Other weapons are as heavy or more. What gives?

that's because there is about 1000 stacked into one icon. Don't drag to inv. Double click on the weapon you want
