[BUG] Use more food than available (56/55)
On some occasions it is possible to use more food than is available. For instance, when rapidly upgrading the tango income, it is possible to go 56/55.
After this point it is impossible to perform any actions that have any impact on food including upgrading food and selling units. Building further units or upgrading them is also not possible, effectively ending the game for that player.
