After a few dozhens of games, ive never encountered it. seemed to be an engine problem (sometmies that happens) . If it happens more often please tell us and provide match IDs. Thank youvery much for your report =)

here is why the bug happens:

If you select your uits before the wave, it must be BEFORE the wave and press "S" for "stop action" (or whatever key stop action is bound on for you) they will not start moving upon wave spawning cancelling their query.
