What does this option do?
i played a 1v1 with this and all the creeps sent by both players ended up on one persons lane.
Is this a bug or just not intended for 1v1?

Anything you send comes back to you. It's for practicing with no one else in the game, like for refining builds.

So why did both stacks of creeps come to my oponent instead of we sending to ourself?

The option was intended for solo practice, but still shouldn't be behaving like you describe. I'll take a look at it
