So after DC mid way in game, missing 2 rounds of income, i was able to recconect. I then proceeded to max my tango income and rate. The rate becomes a problem. Even after at max upgrade, the tick/spin was only like at lvl 4. I guess after the dc, my spin was sent to an ally? Cause after the reconnect their income jumped like crazy.
