With the latest update, i just want to make sure if any builder can achieve 4300 lumber (or i can say max lumber with +31 with each tick) before stage 20, with no leaks or a few leaks (below 10) and the team also only have few leaks.

If yes, please show me how the strategy and with what builder? what unit to build and when to upgrade?

Asking this because i felt like something not right happened, in some games i got ppl send me 2-3 roshan by stage 20, and that ppl and his team only have a few leaks. i know if roshan can be send anytime as long as we save the lumber for the right moment, but i also see this guy have max lumber already (before stage 19).
So if someone kindly share the way it might be a gamebreaker info, but at least i can certain myself if this is not a bug or something.
