+Turns Enemy buildings into friendly buildings in 8-10 seconds, unless enemy engi removes it
-no damage on buildings

or

+if building is sapped: small explosion that will hurt enemies in a small radius
+25% faster sap time
-buildings wont be disabled (sentries can still shoot,etc)
-1 second to wait to place another sapper

This is a halloween item, smarty

so is the wanga prick thing. it doesnt need to spawn any skeletons to be a halloween item...

Also, Volvo have said that any of the halloween items this year WONT be restricted, so your spooky skeleton spawning stats are uselss, and wont be implemented. Just saying, I know it sounds ♥♥♥♥♥♥ but not trying to be rude.

I just love doing stats
On saping sentry the sentry kills its own engineer
+25% Movement speed on wearer

-60% Sapper rate

weapons stats:
turns enemy sentry to friendly for 10 seconds

weak sapper (it can be remove with 1 hit)

So, -100% sap damage and -50% sapper health.
