Great scott! Its genius! Maybe you should make it become part of a compatable taunt in which he hovers on the hoverboard waiting until a team mate/enemy taunts with you in which the enemy steps back then starts running but the scout flips back/around/under the person then makes a quick sound similar to his laugh but speed up while the team mate trips, each of which would have a unique line of disapointment.
