Are you freelance or do you work for the devs / studio?
And cross compatibility is a complete non factor. You can only load one mod at a time, so it doesn't matter if they alter the same thing in different ways (which is where the problems occur). If you meant people switching about randomly, well I certainly hope that no one pursuing one of the mods that makes the game easier and/or less complicated thinks that Deepest Dark (which does the exact opposite in a very big way) is a good idea, and if they do that they understand their headaches are their own fault.
Aside from the sharp differences between those and something designed for those who find Hardcore Ironman easy, there are known problems if you load the mod in a vanilla save, don't expect any of your old groups will be very effective. And for the love of Yul don't try the mod on anything lower than Hardcore Ironman. Just... don't.
