At first I thought it is only me yet I've asked a few friends to test it out and here is the problem.

None of the items; neither tomes nor the HP/MP Potions, none of these consumables are working atm. Because of that one can only start the game and die around wave 3 depending on your difficulty. I've done some research and found out invite.gg/dotaimba link is also not working. Done a bit more search and found mods.frostrose stuido website and there it shows X Hero Siege 3.51d yet we don't have it in steam workshop. Please inform us players if you've decided to stop the project or gone outside the steam whatever is the problem hope it gets fixed asap.
