I wish I knew how to make these at least playermodels (You can use Model Manipulator on playermodels and apply them to NPCs) But I'm very new to hammer.

the pm/npc is rude, what if they dont know you and they make them!

I tried to add the owner of the workshop addon to know him that I will be making PM but no, he declined the friend request.

You can just comment, I don't add random people, I doubt the author does either.
