Wouldn't this be a bit better as a taunt unusual effect rather than a hat?
The effect seems a bit too large for hat sizes, and this effect seems a bit too detailed for hats.

btw I thought of this after seeing that disco ball you adopted from the '72 unusual taunt effect, and the floor spotlight that the skeletons are dancing on.
