I haven't even used up 4 tiles of the map and the "Net Lanes" have skyrocketed and I haven't been able to place any roads/power lines/pipes/ped paths for a while.

Thank you very much. BTW You can use Phantom Lane Remover (my other tool) to solve that "Net Lane" issue. Can I ask what mods you've used with this particular map. (or you can use the show more limits log data button it should I think by default dump the mod information so you don't have to try and remember it all)
