Looks like this could still use some work. Some of the animations (like heavy) show signs of weird arm syndrome; the arms, at those angles, look so unnatural. The midsections too; the belly/mid-torso doesn't look like it flexes... but I suppose that's an issue on Valve more than anything, huh?
