Even if it isn't, imagine you could take just about any image, Screencap or no, and upload it to Ark via this program. I used it to make a painting of the very first animal I raised from infancy to hang in the hall of our tribe's main building.
It requires you to have the dyes for all the colors in the image, and a paintbrush to apply to the canvas, so it can be a bit frustrating if you don't have the dye combo sheet, but it's worth it.
