I did but its not downloading. It works for other workshop items but this mod is driving me nuts.

You Subscribe to it, then ingame (Only in SinglePlayer) You'd say "@give yourname/ItemID"

For example if you want the "AK-12" You would put "@give BB/5006" and if you want the ammo for it you would put "@give BB/5106" or "@give BB/5109."
