Only spawning them in. Unless a map is made to include the ids for these guns, they will not spawn naturally in the world. Same goes for all other weapon mods.

for all the mods in unturned they will not spawn natrualy unless you edit the map to make it spawn

They do not spawn on any map. You have to spawn them in manually. Unless custom made maps from the community have them.
