Getting CE to work.
When I go into properties and Betas and op in to CE it says it's downloading but nothing is being downloaded and I can't play the game without opting back out of CE. Am I doing something wrong?

Im having the same problem. Steam see that an update is required. When i allow it to DL its says Starting as the Status and never changes. It is downloading somthing as Steam is reporting network useage for the current DL. But 8 hours and 2.8 gigs later it has not changed status and is still downloading update.
