Where can I download this? I would like to use it on my private server to warm up with my teammates. Thanks!

When you click on subscribe the map will automatically download and will appear in the Workshop tab when you go "Play with Friends" or "Offline with Bots".

I want to know where the actual map file is, so I can use it on a private server. If that makes sense

Umm, to locate it on your drive it should be here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps
Don't know anthing about Private Servers though.

Thanks. I found it. My team uses a rented server from NFOservers.com to practice on for our CEVO league matches.
