is there a way to improve the roar they have and we have your dragons spawning in the wild up to 1500
and tamed mine to 2280 but is there a way to get them to pick up other people and dinos???

If the server is PvE, then the admin/owner has to enable flyer pickup in PvE in the server config file.

GameUserSettings.ini
[ServerSettings]
AllowFlyerCarryPvE=True

As for the sound, *shrug*I haven't seen the author of this mod post or update in awhile.
For all I know it is a dead mod that will eventually no longer work.

The sounds are tricky, there is a Dino sound overhaul, but it requires a TC server, because of the way they have the dev kit set up and what we can edit/make without going TC.
